When you submit the form, the contact details and specification you provide are sent to Sitaram Diamond’s enquiry database. A successful response displays a reference number. If no reference number appears, the website has not confirmed that the enquiry was saved.
How the information is used
Sitaram uses enquiry information to understand the requested diamonds or jewellery project, respond to you, keep a record of the conversation and manage the enquiry through to closure. The database is not available to ordinary website visitors.

Only include information needed to discuss your enquiry. Contact sitaramdiamondindia@gmail.com to ask about an enquiry record, request a correction or discuss deletion where applicable.
Website measurement and external links
Analytics remains disabled unless it is configured for a public launch. When enabled, the website measures page visits, selected diamond shapes and enquiry actions, but it does not send enquiry field values or message text to analytics. Hosting and linked external services process technical information under their own terms.
Illustrations and commercial information
Interactive models and jewellery images identified as visualisations are educational or illustrative. They are not scans of actual stock, grading results or binding offers. Confirm specifications, availability, services and terms directly before placing an order.
